Volunteering in School
In addition to developing good relationships with our families, we feel fortunate that so many parents volunteer in a number of ways within school. Whether through reading with children, helping to set up our library, accompanying classes on days out or to helping on the weekend to improve our outdoor space, we value and appreciate the commitment and interest that families take in being part of our school community.
We always welcome new parent volunteers; please talk to your child’s class teacher or your class PTFA rep, if you would like to get more involved.
To ensure the safety of all our pupils, if you would like to volunteer in the school or accompany the children on a class trip, you must be DBS checked. Please talk to the staff in the office about this. You will not incur any costs.
